The “Traffic Fines with Photos” app helps you track and pay traffic fines on time. It checks fines across all official government databases in Russia and displays them with photos and complete violation details. Instantly pay fines using a card from any bank. Every day, users check and pay over 500,000 traffic fines online. The app also allows you to purchase compulsory motor third-party liability insurance (OSAGO) online through our partner, bip.ru.

Search for all administrative fines by last name, driver's license, and vehicle registration certificate (STS) without commission. Checking fines by license plate number is also available (STS not required).

You can check fines for multiple vehicles or driver's licenses simultaneously—ideal for owners of commercial or government vehicle fleets.

The app covers traffic police fines (TsAFAP) and city parking fines (CDD): including Moscow (AMPP), St. Petersburg (GATI), and other Russian cities. All fine information is sourced from official databases: the State Information System (GIS GMP), the Ministry of Internal Affairs' State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, State Auto Services, and Moscow's DIT.

Never miss a new traffic or parking fine, or a payment deadline. The app notifies you of new fines and reminds you before the grace period for a 50% discount ends. Receive alerts if fines are about to be, or have been, forwarded to the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP).
