The Road Guardians project gets a major upgrade! A new app offers a streamlined, user-friendly experience.

Join the Road Guardians and help save lives!

Launched in 2016, the "Road Guardians - Our Shared Road" initiative aims to promote safer driving habits. As of January 1, 2023, the Safe Path association manages the project.

Anyone over 18 can download the Road Guardians app and start reporting traffic violations.

Using the app is simple and quick. Activate it before driving, and when you witness a violation, initiate a report using either a voice command or the Bluetooth button on your steering wheel. The app will automatically begin recording video and audio evidence.

This evidence is sent to a control center staffed by experienced volunteer traffic monitors. After review, the driver receives a "letter on the road" with a link to the recorded violation. Serious offenses are immediately reported to law enforcement.
