CitNOW Bodyshop is a component of the CitNOW video application suite designed for the automotive industry. This tool utilizes both video and still images to capture collision damage and any prior damage (categorized as smart repairs or retail work) on the relevant vehicle. The resulting CitNOW video can be promptly and effortlessly shared via the app with insurers and vehicle owners for approval. While recording, assessors can tap the screen to highlight and capture still images of particular areas without disrupting the video footage. After recording, there is an option to take high-resolution photographs, which are automatically linked to the same video. The application enables users to input recipient details; these individuals are then notified by email or text with a concise, mobile-friendly web link where they can immediately review and approve the proposed work, saving time and reducing costs. CitNOW Bodyshop accelerates the approval workflow, boosts profitability through enhanced retail upselling, and creates a clear, unambiguous condition report. It is officially approved for use by major insurers such as Admiral and Aviva.
