Valve continúa proporcionando actualizaciones periódicas a Deadlock, a pesar de abandonar un horario de lanzamiento fijo. El último parche no es una gran revisión, pero es significativamente más que un ajuste menor. Un ChangeLog integral está disponible en el foro del juego.

Se agregaron cuatro nuevos héroes el 18 de enero, seguidos rápidamente por los ajustes de equilibrio. La habilidad de Crackshot de Holliday ahora afecta a las unidades, reduciendo a la mitad su enfriamiento al hacerlo. La habilidad AVA de Calico ahora puede destruir objetos por los que pasa.

Los héroes existentes también recibieron ajustes: la salud de Kelvin aumentó (600 a 650), la velocidad de la bala de Vendicta se redujo (810 a 740) y su velocidad de movimiento disminuyó (9 a 8). En total, 11 héroes, incluidos los recién llegados, fueron afectados.

Deadlock permanece en beta cerrada, manteniendo una base de jugadores en línea estable entre 7,000 y 20,000.
