• READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Facilitates wallpaper downloads.
• DRAW OVER SCREEN: Enables lock screen and notification display over other apps.
• BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE: Allows the app to draw on the home screen. This permission is solely for home screen and status bar drawing; no other data is accessed. User consent is always required.
