Pokémon Go introduces a $100 Premier Access upgrade for the upcoming Go Fest: Jersey City event, offering exclusive in-game items and premium real-world amenities—including "enhanced restroom facilities."
Go Fest, the game’s flagship summer event, will take place at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, alongside additional locations in Paris, France, and Osaka, Japan.
Attendees in Jersey City can now enhance their experience with the newly announced Premier Access add-on, priced at $100. Developer Niantic confirms this premium tier provides significant perks.
Similar to a VIP experience, Premier Access grants entry to an exclusive lounge featuring upgraded amenities.
Niantic highlights the lounge’s benefits, including premium restrooms, charging stations with secure lockers, and seating areas for relaxation. However, specific details about the restroom upgrades remain undisclosed compared to standard facilities.
Holders also enjoy fast-track entry to the event’s Pokémon Center Pop-Up Store, bypassing long queues to purchase merchandise without sacrificing gameplay time.
Merchandise lines at Go Fest are notoriously lengthy, often cutting into players’ limited event hours—making this perk particularly valuable.
