Star Wars Outlaws is set to receive a significant update on November 21st, as announced by the game's new Creative Director, Drew Rechner. This update, known as Title Update 1.4, promises to enhance the player experience based on community feedback and will coincide with the game's launch on Steam and the release of its first DLC.

Star Wars Outlaws’ New Creative Director Details Three Areas of Focus

In the first major post-launch update for Star Wars Outlaws, Ubisoft's new Creative Director, Drew Rechner, has outlined plans to refine the game's mechanics and overall player experience. The focus will be on three key areas: combat, stealth, and controls, directly addressing fan feedback. Rechner expressed gratitude to the Outlaws community for their engagement, from fan arts and comments to videos, and for their constructive feedback which has been instrumental in shaping the game's development.

Massive Entertainment has already released three title updates, which have tackled significant community concerns such as bugs, mission dynamics, and adjustments to the speeder camera and collision, enhancing the gameplay experience across various environments. Despite receiving a high score of 90 from Game8, which lauded the game as an exceptional game that does justice to the Star Wars franchise, Rechner believes there is still potential for further improvement. In the Developer Update, he highlighted the three key areas that will be enhanced to elevate the game even further.
