Beauty Academy

PhiApp is designed for both Phi Artists and their clients. You can select to use the app as either an Artist or a Customer.

If you are a Phi Artist:

- Your PhiApp includes advanced symmetry tools for performing treatments like PhiBrows, Philings, Contour, PhiAreola, and PhiScalp.

- The app gives you continuous access to PhiAcademy’s official medical consultant or physician for prompt answers to your questions and concerns. You also have 24/7 access to our extensive FAQ database, which offers over 7,000 answers and continues to grow.

- PhiApp keeps you informed about new products and available PhiAcademy courses.

- This app features a modern organizational calendar that helps you manage your schedule—whether for personal treatments or for your entire salon. You can also create and monitor separate calendars for each staff member.

- A key feature is the quick access to your clients’ medical and treatment histories, but only if they have granted you permission to view them.

If you are a customer (client):

- PhiApp informs you about your treatments and provides post-treatment aftercare guidance.

- The app enables you to consult with PhiAcademy’s official medical consultant or physician regarding medication use or any health concerns before, during, or after your treatment.

- With PhiApp, you can complete your medical and treatment histories in advance, saving time at the salon. This information is shared only with the Artists you authorize.

- The built-in map helps you easily locate nearby Phi Artists, Royal Artists, Masters, and Grand Masters.
