Royal Petrol LLP, operator of Royal Petrol and Continent branded gas stations and convenience stores, offers a loyalty program rewarding both new and existing customers. This program allows the company to incentivize purchases through bonus points (Bonuses), discounts, and special offers.

Key Terms:

• Program: The loyalty program for Royal Petrol and Continent customers.
• Participant: Any individual, 14 years or older, legally permitted to conduct minor household transactions in Kazakhstan, registered in the program and possessing a Kazakhstani individual identification number.
• Participant Questionnaire: Information provided by Participants during registration, granting Royal Petrol consent to process personal data (as per Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013). Data processing methods include email, messaging apps, SMS, phone calls, mail, and automated systems. This consent can be revoked in writing.
• Virtual Card: An electronic card within the mobile app.
