Nach der Ankündigung im Dezember 2024 enthüllte Niantic die aufregende Ergänzung von Black Kyurem, White Kyurem und Shiny Meloetta zur UNOVA -Tour Februar 2025. Vom 21. bis 23. Februar 2025 können die Teilnehmer in New Taipei City, Taiwan und Los Angeles, USA, Kyurem in seine schwarzen und weißen Formen erfassen und verschmelzen. Base Kyurem wird erhalten, indem seine alternativen Formen in Fünf-Sterne-Razzien besiegt werden.

Fusion erfordert:
- Schwarzer Kyurem: 1.000 Volt Fusion Energy, 30 Kyurem Candy, 30 Zekrom -Süßigkeiten
- Weißer Kyurem: 1.000 Blaze Fusion Energy, 30 Kyurem Candy, 30 Reshiram Candy
Die Fusionsenergie wird durch Besiege des schwarzen oder weißen Kyurems in Überfällen verdient. Die Umkehrung der Basisform ist frei. Shiny Kyurem, Reshiram und Zekrom haben während der Veranstaltung die Begegnungsraten erhöht.

Eine globale Veranstaltung, Pokémon Go Tour: UNOVA-Global, läuft am 1. bis 2. März 2025 und bietet für alle Spieler freien Zugang zu diesen Pokémon.
