• Naïve and steadfast in her beliefs, she views her prison work as a stepping stone to a brighter future, striving for perfection to avoid mistakes. Beneath her professional demeanor lies a typical young woman's heart.

Rain (Prisoner):

• Birthday: January 23rd
• Late twenties. A gifted hacker with expertise in drone technology.
• Intelligent and approachable, with a friendly, easygoing personality. His open nature sometimes leads to underestimation.
• He possesses a strong sense of justice, contrasting with Rosa's. He's perceptive, carefully observing others before placing his trust, but fiercely loyal to those he does. His commitment to justice, or to those he cares for, can push him to morally gray areas.

Cielo (Senior Guard):

• Birthday: July 2nd
• Late twenties. Rosa's mentor and superior, acting as chief warden.
• He manages both prisoners and guards with a calm, even-tempered approach, offering guidance to Rosa. He's a figure of respect and admiration for her. The new prison management system, tested initially on him, reveals a stark contrast between his kind demeanor with colleagues and his ruthless treatment of prisoners.
