Razer Blade 2025 With RTX 50-Series Debuts Exclusively

Author: Matthew Oct 05,2025

Razer's 2025 lineup of Blade 16 and Blade 18 gaming laptops is now shipping, with deliveries starting as early as late April. These models are currently exclusive to Razer.com and Razer retail stores. The Blade 16 starts at $2,999.99 for the RTX 5070 Ti configuration, $3,499.99 for the RTX 5080 model, and $4,499.99 for the top-tier RTX 5090 version. The Blade 18 is currently unavailable due to high demand.

Renowned for their premium construction, Razer Blade laptops feature a precision-milled aluminum unibody chassis that maintains an impressively slim profile for gaming systems. To achieve this sleek design without compromising performance, Razer implements an advanced cooling solution featuring a liquid-filled copper vapor chamber. This engineering excellence, comparable to Apple's MacBook Pro series, justifies the higher price point compared to mainstream gaming laptops.

RTX 5090 Mobile Performance Analysis

Our testing confirms the RTX 5090 as Nvidia's new mobile GPU leader, though the performance gain over the previous RTX 4090 averages just 5-10% in native rendering. Enabling DLSS 4 significantly improves this margin, showcasing the architectural advancements in Nvidia's latest generation.

RTX 5090 Mobile Review by Jacqueline Thomas

"Existing gaming laptop owners shouldn't feel pressured to upgrade – the RTX 5090 offers only modest raw performance improvements. However, those seeking cutting-edge features like multi-frame generation and enhanced power efficiency will appreciate Nvidia's latest mobile flagship. It's an evolutionary - not revolutionary - upgrade."
