LG’s OLED TVs have been our top pick for console gaming for three years straight, thanks to their exceptional image quality, low input lag, and high refresh rates. The 2025 C5 features LG’s proprietary Evo panel, delivering significantly higher brightness and a broader color gamut than standard W-OLED displays. Beyond slightly higher production costs, this technology has no drawbacks—it delivers near-infinite black levels, near-infinite contrast, and near-instant response times you expect from any OLED TV. This is unquestionably the best TV for streaming 4K HDR content exactly as it was meant to be seen.

The LG C5 also packs all the essential gaming features: a native 120Hz panel capable of reaching up to 144Hz, HDMI 2.1 ports for PS5 games in 4K at up to 120fps, variable refresh rate (VRR), and auto low latency mode (ALLM). It’s also surprisingly light for its size, thanks to a composite fiber rear cabinet—this 65" model weighs just 36 pounds without the stand, making wall mounting far easier.
