To begin, load your current game save from the Main Menu. Once back on your farm, open the Pause Menu and locate the Settings tab (iconed by a cogwheel) at the bottom. From the drop-down menu on the left, select ‘Accessibility’. At the top of the options, you’ll find the ‘Day Time Speed’ setting, with ‘Standard’ displayed by default. This is the default configuration for this feature.

Click on it, and the game will notify you that increasing daytime hours might affect NPC schedules, which are optimized for the Standard setting. If this doesn’t concern you, proceed to adjust the daytime speed meter to one of the two alternative options: ‘Longer’ or ‘Longest’.
