Albion Online Sets Abyssal Depths Release

Albion Online has officially announced the launch date for its highly anticipated Abyssal Depths expansion. Coming to Android on June 30th, this major update introduces thrilling subterranean adventures with intense PvP battles and fiery new mounts.

What Awaits Adventurers?

The Abyssal Depths update introduces a brand-new extraction-style dungeon designed for 2-3 players. These dangerous underground labyrinths feature close-quarters PvP combat with a unique risk system. Under the new Orange PvP rules, players only risk losing their carried loot rather than equipped gear when defeated.

This innovative system lowers the barrier for PvP participation while maintaining high stakes. Once entering a Depths expedition, players will battle demonic forces and rival factions to collect Souls and powerful buffs. Each run culminates in a frantic vault battle before the dungeon collapses.

The update establishes the Antiquarian's Den as a new underground hub connecting to multiple game modes including the Depths, Corrupted Dungeons, and Hellgates. Accessible from all major cities, this base offers convenient amenities like quick matchmaking and nearby banking.

Players will interact with the mysterious Antiquarian, an enigmatic figure who tracks your progression through infernal challenges. Your Antiquarian Standing increases as you explore these dangerous zones.

Rewards from the Antiquarian's Den include hellish cosmetics like demon-themed avatars and capes across various tiers. The update also introduces two fearsome arachnid mounts: the Hellspinner and Soulspinner.

Powerful New Arsenal

Abyssal Depths brings devastating new Crystal Weapons to the battlefield. The Truebolt Hammer electrifies foes while protecting allies, while the Stillgaze Staff enables shapeshifting into a crystalline serpent.
