The secret fighting arena is situated at Ominesanji Temple in Southeastern Yamato. For easy access, synchronize with the Ominesanji Overlook viewpoint to the west of the area, which will serve as a fast travel point and allow you to switch characters if needed.

Upon reaching Ominesanji Temple, have another chat with Gyoji. He'll explain that you must participate in four one-on-one duels before facing the ultimate champion. After the cutscene, ring the bell to start your first fight.

How to Complete The Tournament in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

The Tournament is a gauntlet of intense, life-or-death battles. Fortunately, you can take breaks between fights, using the bell to signal when you're ready for the next challenge. Use this time to heal with rations and upgrade your weapons and armor as necessary.
