Battlecruisers Marks 4th Anniversary with Trans Edition Update

Battlecruisers is marking its fourth anniversary with a monumental update, the 'Trans Edition,' brought to you by the developers at Mecha Weka. This latest update, Battlecruisers 6.4, introduces an expansive array of new single-player and multiplayer content that's set to redefine your gaming experience.

What’s in Store in Battlecruisers 6.4 Trans Edition?

The Trans Edition is packed with exciting additions. Three new cruisers, Goatherd, Pistol, and Megalith, are ready to join the battle. Alongside them, two new buildings, Cannon and Sledgehammer, and two new units, SpyPlane and MissileFighter, are now available for deployment.

Existing cruisers aren't left out either. They're getting a facelift with three new Bodykits: Longbow Fringe, Rickshaw Scathis, and Yeti Corpse Piler, offering fresh customization options to personalize your fleet.

In Skirmishes, you can now select from Man o’ War, Huntress Prime, and Fortress Prime. PvP matches have been enhanced with a new countdown start and aircraft trails that now reflect player colors, adding a personal touch to your battles.

Balancing changes are sweeping across the game. The Raptor’s shield build and recharge rate have been boosted from 3x to 5x, while the Hammerhead’s health has been increased from 4000 to 4200. The ShipTurret’s damage has been ramped up from 40 to 60, although its range has been slightly reduced from 19 to 16.

Visual enhancements include underwater transparency, allowing you to savor the sight of your vanquished foes' wreckage. The sea itself now features improved shading, and cruiser and ship destruction animations are more visually striking than ever.

Played the Game Yet?

Since its debut in 2021, Battlecruisers has consistently released major updates annually, and the Trans Edition continues this tradition by expanding the game's universe. This update includes more SideQuests and introduces a mysterious Battlefortress hidden in the South Pacific, adding layers of intrigue to your adventures.

Set in a Flooded Earth in the year 2732, the game's world is inhabited solely by robots engaged in constructing and waging war. As a player, you command your own Battlecruiser, equipping it with turrets, nuke launchers, and ultraweapons to tackle a formidable array of enemies.
