The map, built on ancient burial grounds dating back to 2500 B.C.E., remained untouched until the early 1900s, hinting at deeper secrets waiting to be uncovered.

Described as a mysterious location linked to British archeologist Sir Archibald Fotherington-Smythe, The Tomb promises gameplay similar to the bright, small-town setting of Liberty Falls, emphasizing tight play spaces and high replayability as players unearth various Easter eggs. Additionally, Treyarch teases a reimagined Wonder Weapon inspired by the past and the return of an iconic SMG, though specifics remain under wraps.

Season 2 also brings a robust set of quality-of-life enhancements, including the ability to track up to 10 Calling Card and 10 Camo challenges in both Zombies and Multiplayer. Zombies mode will introduce a co-op pause feature, enabling the party leader to pause matches mid-run. HUD presets for Zombies and Multiplayer will be separated, and players will be able to rejoin Zombies matches with their loadouts if disconnected.

To celebrate 115 Day, *Black Ops 6* players can enjoy double GobbleGum earn rates and double XP for players, weapons, and the battle pass until 10am PT on January 21. Treyarch also shared impressive stats for the story-driven Directed Mode, revealing that players have logged over 480 million hours into *Black Ops 6 Zombies*. The mode has significantly increased Main Quest completion rates, rising from 3.38% on November 14 to 8.23% today, demonstrating its success in engaging new players with the Zombies storyline.
