Which Customers Want Coffee in Wanderstop?

During the fourth cycle in Wanderstop, a stunning humanoid bird arrives at your shop, requesting a refined cup of tea. Shortly thereafter, a trio of businessmen named Jerry, Larry, and Terry enter, each dressed in suits and carrying briefcases. They're en route to a boardroom for a presentation but find themselves in your tea shop instead. When Alta offers them tea, they decline, insisting they only drink coffee. Despite the shop's lack of coffee, they decide to wait, hoping it will become available.

Boro, the tea shop owner, reveals that coffee has never grown in this forest, leaving Alta frustrated. The arrival of an interdimensional figure named Zenith changes the situation. Zenith, fascinated by the businessmen, agrees to try Alta's tea, marking their first experience with anything other than coffee.

How to Unlock Coffee Beans in Wanderstop

To unlock coffee beans, serve Zenith a cup of tea infused with something valuable. This item could be anything from a book, a trinket, a pot, a mug, a small potted plant, or even a photograph. After sampling the tea, Zenith, intrigued by the difference between tea and coffee, asks Alta how to brew coffee for the businessmen. Alta's mention of "coffee beans" sparks a revelation for Zenith.

Utilizing the Infinite Path, Zenith brings coffee beans to the forest, allowing them to grow in the clearing for the first time. Instructions for harvesting and brewing these beans are then added to Alta's Field Guide.

How to Harvest and Brew Coffee in Wanderstop

After Zenith's intervention, coffee beans start growing wild in the clearing and respawn randomly. Harvest them similarly to how you gather fruits and seeds or pick up objects. You can store them in your ingredients pocket, carry them individually, or place them on shelves, tables, or the ground.

Before brewing, coffee beans must be cleaned. Use the dishwasher to clean them, and wait for the dish trains to deliver them to the tea room.

To brew coffee, pour water into the tea maker and heat it according to the order's specifications. Place a single coffee bean into the infuser, then activate the gear to pour the water over it. Customers may request additional beans or other ingredients, but one bean suffices for basic coffee. Once brewed, pour the coffee into the kettle below, then decant it into mugs for serving to customers, Boro, or Alta.

Introducing coffee not only satisfies the businessmen but also delights Zenith and provides an alternative beverage for other patrons. Even Boro is willing to give it a try, though he admits it's not to his taste.

That's how you unlock, harvest, and brew coffee in Wanderstop.
