Our review of the AMD Radeon RX 9070 gave it a solid 8/10. It matches the price of the new Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 but outperforms it in most of our tested games. It also boasts more VRAM (16GB vs 12GB), making it a better choice for future-proofing. Power consumption is comparable to the RTX 5070.

The only downside is its proximity in performance to the Radeon RX 9070 XT."

The AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT received a perfect score of 10/10 from us. Despite being $150 cheaper than the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, the 9070 XT surpasses it in several games, with some benchmarks showing a significant lead. Both cards feature 16GB of VRAM, but the 9070 XT consumes more power and runs hotter than the RTX 5070 Ti.
