Panam Palmer is one of the most intriguing romance options for V in Cyberpunk 2077, offering a deep and rewarding relationship that unfolds through a series of engaging quests. Winning over Panam, a fiery and independent member of the Aldecaldos, is no easy task, but it's a journey well worth taking in the harsh landscape of Night City.

To start your romantic journey with Panam, you'll need to progress into Act 2 of Cyberpunk 2077. It's crucial to choose the Male V Voice and Male V Body Type, as these are prerequisites for romancing Panam. Below, you'll find a detailed guide on every mission required to build a relationship with her.

Complete Ghost Town

Ghost Town is a pivotal Main Job that you'll encounter after the Playing for Time quest at the beginning of Act 2. This mission introduces you to Panam through Johnny Silverhand's old flame, Rogue Amendiares, at the Afterlife. Rogue will direct you to meet Panam, a Nomad with a strong personality. Although your initial interaction might be rocky, helping Panam can set the stage for a deeper connection.

In Ghost Town, your first task is to talk to Panam and agree to accompany her to Rocky Ridge to retrieve her stolen car from the Raffen. Whether you choose stealth or a direct approach doesn't matter, but what's important is your response when Panam seeks your help in her quest for revenge against Nash. When she asks about her vengeance, choose: "OK. So where’s this hideout?" This leads you to the Raffen Shiv hideout to confront Nash and his goons. After the mission, ask Panam, "Feel better now?" and then head to the Sunset Motel to celebrate.

At the motel's bar, celebrate with a beer and choose either:

• [Drink] To your ride!
• [Drink] To what’s ahead!

After a brief conversation, flirt with Panam when she mentions getting a room by saying, "Maybe we get just one room?" Although she might not catch your drift immediately, it's a step in the right direction. End the mission by heading to sleep at the motel.

Complete Lightning Breaks

After waking up at the Sunset Motel, head downstairs to the garage to start Lightning Breaks. Here, you'll find Panam working on her car. This mission is straightforward; follow the objectives to take down the Kang Tao AV and kidnap Anders Hellman. No dialogue choices here directly impact your relationship with Panam, but staying close and assisting her will lead smoothly into the next quest, Life During Wartime.

Complete Life During Wartime

In this mission, you'll head to the crashed Kang Tao AV with Panam to rescue Mitch. It doesn't matter who shoots the Kang Tao guard, as Mitch will survive either way. However, when consoling Panam about Scorpion, choose: "I’m sorry about Scorpion" to show empathy during a moment of grief.

When deciding whether to ask Panam for help or let her stay with Mitch, the choice doesn't matter. But when confronted by the Aldecaldos and their leader Saul at the gas station, stand up for Panam by selecting: "It really wasn’t Panam’s fault." After the mission, reply to Panam's message with: "Maybe Mitch was right. You should go back. Settle everything once and for all." Wait a few in-game hours or days, complete some Main Jobs and Gigs, and Panam will call to start Riders of the Storm.

It's crucial to head to the Aldecaldos Camp within 24 in-game hours after starting Riders of the Storm, or you'll fail Panam’s romance quests.

Complete Riders of the Storm

At the Aldecaldos Camp, Panam and the Aldecaldos need your help to rescue their kidnapped leader, Saul, from the Wraiths. When Panam asks for your assistance, choose: "We’re chooms, that’s why," and when it's time to head out, select: "Yeah, ‘course" to ride with her.

During the mission, whether you use stealth or go in loud doesn't matter; just focus on reaching the basement to save Saul. After escaping the compound into the sandstorm, interrupt the argument between Panam and Saul by saying:

• Let’s take it easy – you’re both tired.
• Shitty idea, Panam’s right.

Supporting Panam against Saul leads to some alone time, where you can engage in flirtatious dialogue:

• Pleased with your stay, ma’am?
• You’d be more comfortable with your shoes off, ma’am.
• [Touch Panam’s thigh] Got a few ideas.

Although Panam might reject your advances initially, the next morning, after she's on her motorcycle, approach her and select: "[Stop Panam] Wait. About last night…" This will lead to Panam kissing V, ending the mission with Johnny's approval as you watch her ride off into the Badlands.

Complete With a Little Help from My Friends

After a few in-game days, Panam will call for your help at the Aldecaldos Camp with the mission With a Little Help from My Friends. Agree to help by selecting: "OK, I’m in," and choose to ride with her by saying: "I’m riding with you."

At the trainyard, after climbing the tower with Panam, engage in the following dialogue to deepen your connection:

• [Stand by window] Missed you.
• So let’s start.
• Great plan. What went wrong?
• So far, so good.
• Why’s it different with me?
• [Touch Panam’s hand] Next time, try following that impulse.

This conversation will unlock further paths for Panam’s romance. After leaving the tower, at the Aldecaldos campfire, say you're ready for some shuteye, then select: "[Scooch closer] Gotten kinda cold." Complete the mission as instructed after waking up.

Complete Queen of the Highway

After With a Little Help from My Friends, wait an in-game day away from the Aldecaldos Camp, completing Side Jobs and Gigs until Panam calls you back. Return to the camp, meet Panam, and enter the Basilisk. Flirt with her by saying: "Nice and cozy in here."

After driving the Basilisk and shooting abandoned cars, sync your synapses with Panam and choose: "[Let Panam touch you] Oh, yeah. Let’s go." This leads to a love scene that solidifies your relationship.

After the Basilisk battle at the Aldecaldos Camp, continue the dialogue:

• [Drink] Listen, what happened in the Basilisk…
• I’d love to. But I can’t.
• [Stand] I’ll think it over, I promise.

After waking up from the Relic’s malfunction, when asked to stay by Mitch and Saul, say: "I can stay for a bit. Thanks." As you walk to your vehicle with Panam, respond:

• Honestly? I dunno.
• [Kiss Panam] Thanks for being here for me.

This concludes Panam’s relationship quests, unlocking The Star ending and allowing you to continue your romance with her.

How to Go on Dates with Panam

Thanks to Cyberpunk 2077’s Update 2.1, after romancing Panam, you can unlock the mission I Really Want To Stay At Your House. Reply to Panam's message and invite her over to any of V’s apartments (except for Dogtown). While you can't explore Night City together, you can enjoy a cozy night in, snuggling up with Panam.
