The eagerly anticipated Delta Force PC Alpha Test became accessible on August 5 at 9 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. PDT. However, on August 30, the developers announced that the Alpha Test would conclude on September 8, or Sept 7, 8 p.m. EDT / 5 p.m. PDT for the United States.

July 24 Update: New Alpha Test Date Announced

Delta Force thrilled fans by announcing a new date for the previously delayed Alpha test on August 6, 2024. Enthusiasts could secure their spot through the official website, the official Steam page, or by snagging keys via Twitch drops or various giveaways. One notable giveaway on their official Twitter/X account awarded 100 lucky winners with Alpha test codes.

July 16 Update: Alpha Test Postponed

During the pre-alpha test held from July 11 to 15, the developers identified several critical issues that affected gameplay for the limited number of participants. Consequently, they had to postpone the planned July Alpha test to address these problems and ensure a smoother experience for players.

Initially Scheduled Alpha Test

Delta Force was originally set to launch its Alpha Test on July 18, with no specified end date. Fans could attempt to gain access by completing player surveys on the official website, requesting access on the official Steam page, or watching Twitch streams to receive Steam keys through Twitch Drops.

A pre-alpha test ran from July 11 to 15, allowing a select group of players to help stress test the game before the official Alpha Test. Engaging with all available access methods might have provided an early entry into this pre-alpha phase.

The Alpha Test was exclusively for PC, accessible via the game's official client or through Steam.
