Locating Poachers in Bird of Prey Quest

Poacher Camp #1

The first poacher camp is straightforward to locate. After speaking with the gamekeeper to begin the Bird of Prey quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, head north of the pond. Venture into the forest, navigating through dense shrubs until you discover a hidden camp where the first poacher lurks.

While you can eliminate the poachers, doing so harms your reputation. Opt for a peaceful resolution instead. The first poacher is timid and easily persuaded to surrender. You can either release him or turn him over to the bailiff. If you choose mercy, don’t forget to collect a piece of poacher gear as evidence.

Poacher Camp #2

Tracking the second poacher is the toughest part of the Bird of Prey quest. You can speak to quest-marked NPCs to refine your search area, or go straight to the location to confront this bold criminal. This poacher is defiant and requires strong persuasion skills to avoid combat. I ended up defeating him and collecting his gear as proof.

Poacher Camp #3

The third poacher hides in Slatego Forest. Speak with Gravedigger Ignatius near Apollonia for more details. Be ready for wolf encounters before reaching this area.

You’ll need to visit two spots. The first is an abandoned camp where the poacher once hid, offering some loot to collect. Then, head west to a second site, where wolves are devouring a man’s corpse. After defeating the animals, you’ll find the remains of the missing poacher. Collect a piece of his gear as evidence.

Poacher Camp #4

This camp is perilous, as it’s guarded by three poachers deep in the woods. Avoid direct confrontation and focus on gathering evidence by inspecting three items:

• Deer’s corpse
• Deer’s skin
• Hanging deer’s carcass

After examining these items, report back to the gamekeeper, who will arrange for officials to apprehend the poachers.

Poacher Camp #5

The final poacher is unexpectedly Hans, located near the rocks on the western edge of the vast search area. As Henry’s old friend, he cannot be apprehended, so you must collect his poaching kit as evidence instead.
