Many are cleverly concealed within urban areas, and you'll receive a notification when you're near one. A pop-up will alert you to the availability of a nearby Kakurega. To secure it, simply open your map, find the Kakurega icon, and purchase it for 800 Mon.

For a more proactive approach, listen to rumors from NPCs you rescue during random encounters in the open world. These rumors can reveal the locations of Kakurega Hideouts.
