Sign Up for Beta Access and Exclusive In-Game Rewards

Following its initial announcement in June 2020 and multiple teasers since, skate. has finally opened playtesting for PlayStation and Xbox users. While a PC beta date has not yet been confirmed, fans can register as an Insider to receive the latest updates.

The game's official X (formerly Twitter) account suggests console playtests may have been running since December, or potentially as early as September, as seen in a recent highlight reel. Developer Full Circle continues to encourage players to sign up, as active development is still underway.

To participate in the beta, interested players can visit EA's official website and navigate to the Skate page to register as a Skate Insider Playtester. Beyond early access to the game, testers (known as Insiders) will receive exclusive rewards, including a special in-game skateboard and sticker pack, when Early Access launches.

skate. is scheduled to enter Early Access sometime in 2025. This new installment arrives nearly ten years after Skate 3 and will be available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. Set in the fictional city of San Vansterdam, the game is designed as a free-to-play live-service experience, promising an "authentic evolution" of the nearly two-decade-old series, as developer Full Circle previously discussed on their YouTube channel.
