Fuecoco Takes the Spotlight in March's First Community Day

Get ready for an exciting start to March with Fuecoco, the Fire Croc Pokémon, headlining the first Community Day on March 8, 2025. From 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm (local time), Fuecoco will be more common on the map, and the chance of encountering its Shiny form will be significantly higher.

Evolving Fuecoco into Skeledirge (through Crocalor) during the event or up to a week afterward will allow it to learn the powerful Charged Attack Blast Burn. Additionally, Skeledirge can learn the Charged Attack Torch Song at any time, offering versatile battle strategies.

Participate in the Special Background Timed Research to encounter Fuecoco with a Seasonal Special Background. Completing these tasks not only boosts your chances of finding a Shiny Fuecoco but must be finished by March 15, 2025, at 10:00 pm (local time).

For just $2.00, trainers can unlock the exclusive Community Day Special Research, featuring three Fuecoco encounters with a Seasonal Special Background, along with the usual rewards like Battle Passes and Rare Candies. This ticket can also be gifted to a friend at the Great Friends level or above.

Pokemon GO has not only highlighted Fuecoco's appearance but also unveiled the schedule for Community Day events from March through May. Mark your calendars for these dates:

The Beloved Buddies event, which debuted Dhelmise, also introduced a Timed Research quest with two distinct paths. One path strengthens your bond with your Buddy Pokémon and Team Valor's leader, Candela, while the other focuses on battling and catching with Team GO Rocket's Arlo.

After completing initial tasks that reward you with Ultra Balls and encounters with Remoraid and Mantine, you'll choose your path. Each path offers unique rewards:

• Candela Path: You'll receive Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and encounters with Luvdisc, Shellder, and Rapidash.

• Arlo Path: You'll gain Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, a Rocket Radar, and encounters with Cubone, Slowpoke, and Scizor.
