Subway Surfers is launching a new event, Veggie Hunt, starting August 26th! Trade coins and power-ups for tomatoes, avocados, and lettuce as you navigate the vibrant streets of Sydney, Australia (this month's World Tour location). Collect enough veggies to create a virtual sandwich and unlock a brand-new character: Billy Bean! Billy promotes healthy eating and environmental awareness, adding a refreshing twist to the classic endless runner gameplay.

Veggie Hunt is part of Subway Surfers' participation in the Playing for the Planet Alliance's 2024 Green Game Jam. This yearly challenge encourages game developers to incorporate environmental themes into their games, prompting players to take real-world action for the planet. The game will feature fun facts about the environmental impact of food choices.

Beyond the in-game event, Subway Surfers encourages players to share their favorite vegetarian recipes and creative Veggie Hunt sandwich photos on social media. Increased social media engagement unlocks additional in-game rewards for all players.
