Hush, My Darling Quest Guide for Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, the side quest "Hush, My Darling" can be picked up from Miskowitz in the Kuttenberg Region, which is to the west of Kuttenberg City. It's time to put your blacksmithing skills to the test to complete this intriguing quest.

Speak with Martha

To start, make your way to Miskowitz, a small village southeast of the Kuttenberg Region. Find Martha in the house connected to the local forge. Engage her in conversation and inquire if she needs assistance. She'll mention needing someone skilled in blacksmithing. Respond with, "I'm a blacksmith! I'd be glad to help," to initiate the "Hush, My Darling" side quest.

If you haven't yet, you can also talk to the bailiff about Matthew, part of the Dry Devil's group. The bailiff is conveniently located near Martha, making it easy to locate her.

Craft Horseshoes

You may already possess the necessary items for this quest. You need two Farmer's Horseshoes, which you could have crafted earlier to level up your blacksmithing skills. If you don't have them, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and head to the forge to craft the horseshoes. Once done, return to Martha with your creation.

Find Victoria

Martha will then ask you to deliver the horseshoes to Victoria, who resides in a house south of the forge. Upon arriving, you'll notice Victoria is not home. Instead, you'll find blood on the floor when you open the first door on the left. Approach and inspect the blood when prompted during "Hush, My Darling" in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Report back to Martha with this disturbing discovery. She will suggest heading to Sigismund's camp to search for Victoria.

Sigismund’s Camp

Located south of Opatowitz, Sigismund's camp is your next destination. If you're also on the trail of Matthew from the Dry Devil, you might encounter him en route to the camp. Once there, seek out the camp's blacksmith and ask about Victoria. He'll recall that a soldier named Black was interested in her. To find Black, head to the infirmary tent, as he's currently ill.

Black will request a Digestive Potion to treat his food poisoning before assisting you. If you don't have one, craft it and return to administer it. Wait a couple of hours for the potion to take effect before he'll provide information. He'll disclose that he had a conversation with Victoria and believes she might have gone into the woods to the east. Follow the quest marker on your map to find her sitting on a stump.

Victoria is understandably upset. Engage her in conversation about the situation. Your dialogue choices here won't affect future events, but if you made Black promise to look after Victoria, you can share this with her, offering her some hope.

Completing this conversation marks the end of "Hush, My Darling" in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. You can then proceed with the main quests or explore other side quests like "In Vino Veritas."
