Marvel Rivals Winter Celebration Event Explained

The Marvel Rivals Winter event kicked off on December 20, 2024, and will be available until January 9, 2025. During this festive period, players can engage with a holiday-themed card that offers various winter-themed rewards for Jeff the Land Shark, including a spray, profile banner, emote, and a new skin. To unlock these free items, players must collect Gold and Silver Frost, which contribute to your card's progression and unlock new decorations.

To gather Gold and Silver Frost, players need to complete Winter Challenges by participating in the limited-time Winter game mode, Jeff's Winter Splash Festival.

In this arcade-style game mode, players are limited to playing as and against Jeff the Land Shark in 4v4 team matches. Inspired by the Splatoon series, the objective is to use your primary fire to paint the terrain, collaborating with your team to cover the largest area possible. The team that paints the most terrain at the end of the match emerges victorious.
