Upon downloading the DLC and advancing slightly in the game, you'll receive a Mysterious Letter in your inbox. This letter contains coordinates leading to exciting challenges. Each location hosts a coliseum with six ranks, where you'll face progressively tougher enemies as you climb the ranks.

Trial Of The Sand Colosseum Location In NieR: Automata

Your journey begins at the Trial of the Sand, located in the heart of the desert. Start from the Desert: Center access point, zoom out, and locate the orange diamond to the right, relative to your entry point. The machine guarding the entrance poses no threat, allowing you easy access to start the Trial Of The Sand Colosseum quest.

Gambler's Colosseum Location In NieR: Automata

Next, navigate to the Gambler's Colosseum from the Flooded City: Coast access point. Follow the familiar path down to the coast, the same one you used to guard the resource ship for the resistance. At the end of the walkable section, look right to spot a waterfall. Approach it and circle around the left side of the building behind it. A Resistance member guards the entrance; a 1,000 G bribe will grant you entry to begin the Gambler's Colosseum quest.

Underground Colosseum Location In NieR: Automata

To access the Underground Colosseum, you must play as 9S. Start at the Forest Zone: Center access point and follow the forest's left edge until you encounter machines training near a large waterfall. Pass through the waterfall to reach the entrance, which is exclusively accessible to 9S, and begin the Underground Colosseum quest.
