Pokémon Go reveals festivities for the Holiday Part Two event as we get ready for the first part to go live

Pokémon Go's Holiday festivities continue! The second part of the event, running from December 22nd to 27th, promises even more exciting bonuses and Pokémon encounters. Get ready for double XP from catching Pokémon and a 50% XP boost in Raid Battles.

This phase introduces holiday-themed Dedenne, Wooloo, and Dubwool, with a chance to snag shiny versions. From December 25th to January 5th, Daily Adventure Incense will last twice as long, increasing your chances of encountering Pokémon like Alolan Rattata, Murkrow, Blitzle, Tynamo, and Absol in the wild.

Raids will feature a range of Pokémon: Litwick and Cetoddle in one-star raids; Snorlax and Banette in three-star raids; and Giratina in five-star raids, alongside Mega Latios and Abomasnow in Mega Raids.

For those who prefer quests, Field Research Tasks offer event-themed Pokémon encounters, while a paid Timed Research ($5) provides a Glacial Lure Module, two Incense, a Wooloo Jacket, and more encounters. Collection Challenges focusing on catching and raiding will reward Stardust, Great Balls, and Ultra Balls.
