Black and White Kyurem Are Coming to Pokemon GO

Similar to the Necrozma fusion last year, players will have the opportunity to fuse Kyurem with other legendary Pokemon. To create Black Kyurem, you'll need to fuse Kyurem with Zekrom using 1,000 Volt Fusion Energy, 30 Kyurem Candy, and 30 Zekrom Candy. For White Kyurem, you'll fuse Kyurem with Reshiram using 1,000 Blaze Fusion Energy, 30 Kyurem Candy, and 30 Reshiram Candy. The fusion process is reversible and free, and the required energy can be obtained by defeating Kyurem in raids.

Once fused, Black Kyurem will wield the powerful Freeze Shock attack, while White Kyurem will harness the Ice Burn attack. These new moves add an exciting layer to your battle strategy. Additionally, the event offers the chance to unlock special backgrounds inspired by Pokemon Black and White. By fusing Black Kyurem with Zekrom or White Kyurem with Reshiram, you'll unlock these unique backgrounds. There's also an exclusive background for those who unlock both fusions.
