Set to launch in August 2025 across Android, iOS, and PC platforms, this event introduces Ezio Auditore da Firenze from Assassin’s Creed as a playable character. This collaboration with Ubisoft highlights two beloved entries in the AC series: Assassin’s Creed II and Odyssey. A teaser released in January showcased Vertin navigating a rain-soaked street, with the iconic Assassin’s Creed logo gleaming in the distance, hinting at the adventures to come.

The comprehensive plan for the crossover has been unveiled, promising an immersive experience split into two distinct phases. Phase I transports players to the heart of Renaissance Florence, where Vertin and her team will explore 15th-century Italy, piecing together cryptic clues and unraveling the mysteries of the era. Phase II shifts the setting to the ancient world of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, plunging players into the vibrant and tumultuous world of ancient Greece, where they will engage in familiar events from the game.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone for Reverse: 1999, as it will be the first time that all servers worldwide will synchronize, ensuring that players globally can access the event content simultaneously. Reverse: 1999 is a unique time-traveling RPG that blends modern and retro aesthetics. Players assume the role of Vertin, the Timekeeper, who is immune to the enigmatic phenomenon known as The Storm. Following the storms, entire eras vanish, prompting Vertin and her companion Sonetto to journey through different timelines, rescuing other arcanists who are sensitive to these temporal shifts.
