Following the defeat of New Guy in Town, the streets of Old Detroit are still plagued by crime. Amidst this chaos, a beacon of hope arises with OCP's ambitious new project, the OmniTower—a massive residential complex aimed at enhancing the quality of life for the city's inhabitants.

The plot thickens when a highly skilled group of mercenaries, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, takes over the OmniTower, transforming it into an impregnable fortress. Their sinister aim is to disrupt public order, leaving only one hero capable of stopping them: RoboCop. Players will step into the shoes of this iconic character, infiltrating the OmniTower to dismantle the criminals' schemes and restore peace to Old Detroit.

In "Unfinished Business," gamers will once again control the part-human, part-machine police officer, RoboCop.
