Surviving All Monsters in Roblox's Pressure: A Guide

Author: Carter Apr 24,2025

In *Roblox Pressure*, mastering the art of surviving encounters with various monsters is crucial for successfully navigating through all rooms. Each monster requires a unique strategy, though some share similar tactics. Here, we'll dive into the details of every monster in *Pressure* and the best ways to survive them.

How to Survive All Monsters in Pressure

Below, you'll find a comprehensive guide on how to outsmart and survive each monster in *Pressure*. These creatures can appear as random encounters, in specific nodes, or in designated areas like the Oxygen Gardens. I'll detail the specific strategies to handle each monster and the signs to watch for so you can hide just in time. Keep in mind the risk of **Cleithrophobia**, which can force you out of hiding if you stay hidden too long, so timing is key. Always be alert to the cues listed below for each monster.

Pandemonium

Pandemonium signals its arrival with flickering lights. Instead of rushing into a locker, which could trigger Cleithrophobia, stand near one and listen for its roar. If you're in Pandemonium's line of sight outside of a locker, it's an instant kill. When it approaches your locker, you'll enter a mini-game where you must keep your cursor centered on the screen as the monster shakes the locker. Survive this, and you'll outlast Pandemonium.

Good People

Good People lurks behind Fake Doors in rooms with dead-end doors. To avoid a lethal encounter, heed these cues:

  • Fake Door Cues: Approach doors without opening them to listen for breathing, growling, sparks, or scanlines on the navi-path sign, indicating a Fake Door.
  • Dark Rooms: Fake doors' navi-path screens stay lit in dark rooms, while real doors' remain dark.
  • HQ Message: If HQ suggests a path without revealing the incorrect one, be vigilant for Fake Doors.

Eyefestation

Eyefestation, a shark-like monster, appears in rooms with ocean-view windows. Avoid looking out the window to prevent HP drainage from eye contact. Simply leave the room without glancing outside to despawn Eyefestation.

Squiddles

Squiddles are manageable; just turn off your light when you see them and keep a safe distance. They appear in dark rooms or those darkened by other monsters. Navigate past them with your light off and a wide berth to survive.

Locker Void-Mass

These slimes hide in lockers and will damage and trap you if you enter their hiding spot. Check for purple slime before entering a locker. If trapped, you'll take continuous damage until freed by another player or you perish.

Wall Dweller

Wall Dwellers emerge from walls to chase and kill players when not observed. Listen for their unique, out-of-sync footsteps. Turning to face them makes them retreat. If a teammate is attacked, you can approach and attack the Wall Dweller. Baiting them out and having another player kill them is an effective strategy. When a roaming Node like The Angler contacts a Wall Dweller, it dies, leaving a meat chunk for health regeneration. However, if a player kills a Wall Dweller, the meat chunk is defective and won't heal.

Redeemer and Hanger

Finding the Redeemer revolver initiates a mini-game with the Hanger monster. Mash the E (Interact) button to resist its influence. Succeed, and you'll shoot the Hanger; fail, and you'll either shoot yourself or be stabbed by the Hanger, taking 20 damage per hit.

Candlebearers & Candlebrutes

Candlebearers can be stunned with light, but don't shine it on them for more than 3 seconds to avoid enraging them. Use brief flashes to halt their movement and progress safely. If they reach you, they deal minimal damage, but enraging them increases their aggression. Candlebrutes, a tougher variant, are only slowed by light, not stunned, and become enraged after 5 seconds of exposure. They're faster and unaffected by emergency lights.

The Angler

The Angler, a common monster in *Pressure*, signals its presence with flickering lights. Your best bet is to hide in a locker or submerge your head in water. The Angler only spawns in rooms with lockers, and if you don't hide, you have a few seconds before it enters and roars, insta-killing any player in its line of sight.

Pinkie

Pinkie behaves similarly to The Angler but without the pre-warning of flickering lights. Listen for her screeching as she approaches, and hide in a locker. She'll only spawn in rooms with a valid hiding spot.

Froger

Froger mimics The Angler's light flickering and screeching. Hide in a locker when you see the lights flicker and hear the screech. Unlike The Angler, Froger rebounds back along the path after reaching the end, so be prepared to hide again.

Chainsmoker

Chainsmoker, another Angler variant, announces its presence with flickering lights and rattling chains. It emits green smoke that forces you out of lockers. The best time to hide is when your screen shakes upon its arrival, ensuring the smoke doesn't affect you in time. Chainsmoker is one of the slower monsters.

Blitz

Blitz is the fastest version of the node monsters. It appears in rooms with hiding spots or immediately after exiting one. Listen for its screeching and roar just before it enters a room; that's your cue to hide.

Bottomfeeder

Bottomfeeder is exclusive to The Dredge area and attacks players in water. Use dry surfaces to evade it, and it will despawn if all players leave the water. If caught, engage in a mini-game by mashing Q and E (or special buttons on mobile) to escape. This drains your health, but success kicks the monster away, giving you time to reach dry land.

The DiVine

The DiVine, tree-like creatures in Oxygen Gardens, remain passive if you avoid grass patches. Stepping on grass activates them, causing them to chase and deal 75 damage upon contact. You have a brief window to move off the grass. Be cautious as they can combine with other monsters like Eyefestation, requiring you to avoid both grass and eye contact.
