Sword Art Online Variant Showdown Re-released after More than a Year of Maintenance!

Sword Art Online Variant Showdown is back! After an extended maintenance period, Bandai Namco's action RPG has been relaunched. Originally slated for a summer 2024 return, the game's relaunch finally happened after addressing significant core functionality issues.

What's New in SAOVS?

The relaunch includes Battle Royal Season 1, a four-player knockout competition running until December 30th. Players can compete in League Matches to earn titles and accessories.

Returning players are rewarded with 5 Sword Spark Mito Pickup Scout Tickets as part of the Returning Player Campaign. A Restart Celebration event offers up to 100 free Scouts, login bonuses, and mission rewards until January 30th, 2025.

Limited-time offers include the chance to acquire the SSR Sword Spark Mito (Light-elemental fighter), and new SSR Ability Cards, "Destroyer of Destiny" and "Seasoned Comrades," available until January 6th, 2025.
