UNO Star is a dynamic customer engagement program digitally connecting UNO Minda's retailers, mechanics, and consumers on a unified platform. This program offers loyalty benefits tailored to each user group.

Customers can enroll through the app or with assistance from UNO Minda representatives. Approval by the UNO Minda team, based on terms and conditions, is required to complete the enrollment process.

Once enrolled, mechanics, retailers, and end consumers can access and utilize the app's features and benefits specific to their category.

Retailer Benefits:

Retailers can submit loyalty coupons, access the e-catalogue, register mechanics, redeem mechanic points on their mechanics' behalf, and place orders—all within the UNO Star app.

Mechanic Benefits:

Mechanics receive loyalty rewards. They can redeem points for select UNO Minda products displaying UNO Star coupons and can also view the e-catalogue.

Consumer Benefits:

Consumers can browse the e-catalogue to explore UNO Minda products and search for vehicle spare parts using vehicle type and OEM information.
