Honkai Star Rail's Version 3.0 update introduces the formidable Great Herta, a 5-star character wielding Ice damage and following the Erudition path. MiHoYo has unveiled promotional material showcasing her less-than-stellar culinary skills, hinting at kitchen catastrophes rivaling even Genshin Impact's Raiden Shogun. Great Herta, a delegator who prefers robotic assistance, will be featured on the update's initial banner.

Version 3.0, slated for release on January 15, 2025, also includes the highly anticipated Penacony chapter and Amphoreus storyline. Another 5-star character, Aglaea, joins Great Herta in this major update. Further details on Amphoreus are promised in the coming weeks.

This update is poised to be Honkai Star Rail's most significant yet, attracting both new and returning players. Excitingly, HoYoverse has also announced a physical retail release date for the PlayStation version, adding another layer of anticipation.
