After months of swirling rumors and tantalizing leaks, Bethesda is poised to officially unveil the much-anticipated remake of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The announcement is scheduled for tomorrow at 11:00 am EST, and fans can catch the reveal live on both YouTube and Twitch.

The official Bethesda Twitter account teased the announcement with an image prominently featuring a large "IV," set against a backdrop reminiscent of iconic Oblivion artwork, leaving little doubt about the subject of tomorrow's reveal.

Speculation about an Oblivion remake has been rampant, fueled initially by a leaked Bethesda release schedule from 2020, uncovered during the FTC vs. Microsoft trial in 2023. Although the document suggested a remaster for fiscal year 2022, the window had passed, leading some to believe the project might have been shelved. However, fresh leaks in January of this year hinted at a comprehensive remake, developed in collaboration with support studio Virtuos. The whispers turned into near-certainty last week when further leaks from Virtuos' website showcased images of the remake in progress.

If these recent leaks hold true, The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion Remastered will be available on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation platforms. Additionally, a Deluxe Edition, complete with the iconic horse armor, will be offered alongside the standard version.

Gamers and fans of the Elder Scrolls series should tune in tomorrow for what promises to be a thrilling confirmation of these developments and more detailed insights into what to expect from this highly anticipated remake.
