How to Complete The Lost Shipment in Brighter Shores

In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family needs your help recovering a lost shipment of vital weapons. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.

Quest Start:

Find Brannof Hall's Dining Room (off Brannof Boulevard, near the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and provide two leads. Crucially, speak to him again to receive both clues.

Quest Completion:

To solve the mystery, investigate both leads. Remove any Town Guard gear before questioning anyone.

Lead 1: Captain Shirker:

Find Captain Shirker on The Vincible (southeast dock). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.

Locate the Man in a Blue Waistcoat in the Town Square. He points you towards "The Illusion," a weapons dealer, suggesting you impersonate "Sam" (who has a monobrow).

Visit the hairdresser on Old Street West (8 Silver and 280 Copper for the monobrow).

Lead 2: The Hooked Hand:

Investigate The Hooked Hand (near Eel Street). Speak with patrons until directed to the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

Find the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall (past Eel Street Bridge). The Fishmonger needs a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing). Catch one, write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper from Lord Brannof's desk), and place it inside.

Give the Flounder to the Fishmonger, hide nearby, and observe who buys it.

Final Confrontation:

Follow the Furtive Stranger to Monab Row. Remove your Guard armor to reveal your monobrow. Identify yourself as "Sam," enter, defeat the thief (Level 30), and recover the Plumbatae. Return them to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
