The quest begins during the "Into the Underworld" main mission. You'll need to track down an informant named Goatskin. Start by speaking with the Bathhouse Madam, then Adam. Adam will reveal Goatskin's involvement in the theft.

Finding Goatskin requires a bit of detective work. He's elusive, so you'll need to coax him out. Talking to Udo, a bathhouse customer who appears in the evening on the first floor, is the most efficient approach. Follow Udo discreetly; Goatskin will attempt to rob him in a nearby alley, providing an opportunity for confrontation.

Interrogating Goatskin might yield a map ("Map of Kuttenberg Underground"). If persuasion fails, a bribe will suffice. The map indicates the location of the stolen items—a corpse at the Kuttenberg gallows (southeastern city).

Retrieving the Map: Examine the hanging body to obtain the map. Navigating the Kuttenberg Underground is tricky; it's easy to get lost.
