Thunderful Group's recent financial report reveals a significant delay for the highly anticipated cyberpunk platformer, Replaced. Initially slated for a 2022 release, the game, developed by Sad Cat Studios, has faced multiple postponements, with its latest projected release now set for 2026.

Previously, Sad Cat announced a delay to 2025, citing the game's unique development challenges. This latest pushback follows earlier delays from 2023 and last year. Despite the setbacks, the studio remains dedicated to delivering a high-quality product, driven by the considerable anticipation surrounding Replaced.

First unveiled in 2021 during Microsoft's E3 presentation, Replaced has generated significant buzz. While Sad Cat has yet to officially comment on this latest delay, they have consistently provided updates, including combat footage and a mini-game showcase earlier this summer.
