Locating the Glitching Carrots

The Glitching Carrot puzzle appears in MiSide's "Reading Books, Destroying Glitches" chapter, which begins with Player One entering Mila's game world. After the initial dialogue, you'll navigate rooms to solve glitches resembling floating black holes.

During this, you'll encounter a peculiar carrot that vanishes and reappears, growing larger with each teleport. The puzzle involves tracking down all its locations. Completing the puzzle unlocks the Carrot achievement.
