Fairy Tail Manga Has 3 Games Coming This Summer

Get ready, Fairy Tail fans! Hiro Mashima, the creator of the beloved manga, and Kodansha Game Creators Lab have teamed up to deliver the "FAIRY TAIL INDIE GAME GUILD," a collection of indie PC games based on the popular franchise.

The "Fairy Tail Indie Game Guild" Unveiled

Prepare for a magical gaming experience! Kodansha Game Creators Lab has announced a collaboration with Hiro Mashima to launch three new Fairy Tail games as part of the "Fairy Tail Indie Game Guild" initiative. These titles, developed by independent studios, will be available on PC.

The first two games are slated for release this year: Fairy Tail: Dungeons on August 26th, 2024, and Fairy Tail: Beach Volleyball Havoc on September 16th, 2024. Fairy Tail: Birth of Magic is currently under development, with further details to be announced later.

"This project started with Hiro Mashima's desire for a Fairy Tail game," Kodansha explained in their announcement video. "The creators are infusing their passion for Fairy Tail, along with their unique skills and vision, to craft games that will resonate with both fans and gamers alike."

Fairy Tail: Dungeons – August 26th, 2024

Embark on a deck-building roguelite adventure in Fairy Tail: Dungeons. Players will guide Fairy Tail characters through dungeons, using strategic deck building and limited moves to overcome enemies and delve deeper into the mystery. Developed by ginolabo, the game boasts a soundtrack by Hiroki Kikuta, the composer of Secret of Mana, blending Celtic-inspired sounds to enhance the battles and narrative.

Fairy Tail: Beach Volleyball Havoc – September 16th, 2024

Get ready for some magical beach volleyball action in Fairy Tail: Beach Volleyball Havoc! This 2v2 multiplayer game promises a thrilling, chaotic, and magically enhanced beach volleyball experience. Choose your team from a roster of 32 characters and compete for victory. The game is a collaborative effort from tiny cactus studio, MASUDATARO, and veryOK.
