How to Craft a Fishing Rod
Your first step into the world of fishing is to craft a Fishing Rod at the Supplies Workbench. Here are the required materials:
20 Logs: Obtained by chopping down trees.10 Copper Ingots: Smelted from Copper Ore and Charcoal in a furnace.
First, make sure you've unlocked the Essential Tools under the Crafting section of your Memetics menu to gain access to the Supplies Workbench. Press 'F' to add the fishing rod to your crafting queue. The crafting time will appear in the lower-left corner of your screen. Once finished, be sure to retrieve the rod from your workstation.

Optimal Fishing Locations in Once Human
Some areas in Once Human are particularly well-suited for a good catch:
Wild Dog Isle: Known for its diverse fish species.Brookham Dock: A player-favorite for reliable results.Harborside Bridge: Offers both freshwater and saltwater fishing opportunities.Greywater Camp: A quiet spot with a wide variety of fish.Holt Town Decking: The perfect place to hunt for rare specimens.Chalk Peak: High-altitude fishing with unique regional fish.
How to Store your Caught Fishes
Like other perishable items in the game, caught fish will eventually spoil. Fortunately, you can store them to extend their freshness for several extra days. You can either place the fish in a refrigerator or use a Meat Drier to dehydrate them, effectively preserving them indefinitely.
Another useful trick is to mount your fish on a Specimen Rack. This keeps the fish fresh and edible as long as it remains displayed. Note that you can only showcase one creature at a time. Alternatively, you can use a Fish Tank to house your catches. The tank has a limited capacity and can hold various fish depending on their size. A standard tank can accommodate up to four fish.
For an even better Once Human experience, you can play on the larger screen of your PC or laptop using a keyboard and mouse via BlueStacks!
