The Lantern Rite event presents a fantastic opportunity to acquire a coveted four-star character or boost existing constellations. If you have a favorite character needing constellations, the choice is clear. However, if you're undecided, consider these recommendations.

The standout choice this year is the newly introduced four-star, Lan Yan. This Anemo shielder enhances survivability in teams that prioritize damage over healing (such as those featuring Hu Tao or Arlecchino), while simultaneously offering resistance shredding benefits when paired with the Viridescent Venerer artifact set. Her strength and novelty make her a compelling option for most players.

Furthermore, if you're aiming for Arlecchino or Clorinde during their banner events, you'll have a chance to obtain Lan Yan copies alongside these powerful five-star DPS characters. Acquiring her second constellation significantly boosts her shield regeneration during normal attacks, further enhancing her capabilities.

Beyond Lan Yan, other top-tier four-star choices include Xingqiu, Xiangling, and Yaoyao. Yaoyao stands out as a potent Dendro healer, effectively sustaining your team's health.
