Genshin Impact Version 6.0 Leaks Reveal Nasha Town and Nod-Krai Locations
Recent leaks from Genshin Impact's beta servers suggest the locations of Nasha Town and Nod-Krai, both anticipated for Version 6.0. While the Natlan region is still under development, beta builds are gradually incorporating placeholders for Snezhnaya, the Cryo nation ruled by the Tsaritsa. Snezhnaya's immense size, exceeding even Sumeru and Liyue, extending west from Natlan and north around Fontaine, necessitates a regional division.
Initial leaks suggested Nod-Krai as a separate region in Version 6.0. However, recent datamining confirms its location as an autonomous province within Snezhnaya, acting as a vital trade hub connecting the Cryo nation to the rest of Teyvat. Liben's information places Nod-Krai in Snezhnaya's south, suggesting access via Fontaine or Natlan.
Leakflow, Extra, and footage from The_Strifemaster indicate a placeholder landmass in Version 5.4's beta, situated beneath Fontaine's western waterfalls. This landmass appears connected to Mont Esus, a rumored Fontaine expansion area. While this doesn't confirm Mont Esus's release timing, the evidence strongly points towards Nasha Town and Nod-Krai's placement.
Nod-Krai: A Lawless Province
Nod-Krai is both a region and a city on Snezhnaya's southern border. Despite some order maintained by the Voynich Guild, it's known for its lawless nature. A significant Fatui stronghold, led by the Harbinger Dottore, operates within Nod-Krai. Nasha Town is a key settlement in this province, and its inhabitants possess a power predating Teyvat's seven elements.
Dividing Snezhnaya might be controversial, but its scale likely necessitates a multi-year release, considering both narrative and development aspects. With Version 5.3 concluding Natlan's Archon Quest, subsequent updates will gradually introduce Snezhnaya. While Capitano's fate is uncertain, Natlan will introduce Skirk, a playable character linked to Khaenri'ah's Five Sinners. Barring delays, Version 6.0 is slated for September 10, 2025.
