To participate:

• Reach Adventure Rank 20.
• Complete the Mondstadt Archon Quest Prologue.
• (Optional but recommended) Finish Xianyun's Story Quest, "Grus Serena Chapter," for enhanced narrative context.

Gameplay Mechanics

The event is simple: you control an Onikabuto beetle in simulated battles within your Serenitea Pot at Mt. Aocang, facing off against various enemies. Controls are intuitive: Forward, Backward, and Jump. Mastering timing and stamina management is key, as movement and attacks consume stamina. Stronger attacks, like Piercing Strike (hold the attack button), require more stamina.

Battling the Beetles' Foes

Here's a breakdown of each stage's opponent and strategy:

1. Staff Master (Basic Hilichurl): Repeated headshots are effective. Watch for ground markings indicating attack zones.
2. Torch-Wielding Berserker (Hilichurl Berserker with Pyro Slime): Target its head; the Pyro Slime is a weak point, especially when preparing to throw it.
3. Red-Hot Mage (Pyro Abyss Mage): Interrupt its spellcasting, then attack repeatedly. Watch out for fireballs and flame pillars.
4. Freezing Cold Mage (Cryo Abyss Mage): Employ the same strategy as the Pyro Abyss Mage.
5. Mini Mountain (Stonehide Lawachurl): Quick attacks are crucial. After attacking, a Geo Slime appears; use a Piercing Strike for maximum damage.

Difficulty and Rewards

Choose "Focused Fight" (two-star difficulty) for optimal Primogem rewards (30-20 per stage). "Utmost Might" (three-star) offers Mora and Enhancement Ores but no Primogems. Utilize Piercing Strikes strategically. Consult the "Dossier on Opponent" for enemy information.

A co-op mode allows teaming up with other players.

Event Rewards

Complete all challenges on "Utmost Might" for a grand total of 420 Primogems! Additional rewards include Hero's Wit, Sanctifying Unction, Mora, and Mystic Enhancement Ore.
