Guild Wars 2's upcoming Janthir Wilds expansion will introduce Homesteads, a highly anticipated player housing feature. Offering over 300 placeable decorations at launch (with plans for 800+), daily resource nodes, and the ability to display mounts, alts, and even equipment, Homesteads promises a robust and customizable housing experience.

The instanced nature of Homesteads eliminates the competition and limitations often associated with player housing in other MMOs. Players will unlock access early in the Janthir Wilds storyline, and enjoy complete freedom in placement, using X, Y, and Z axis control for decorations. Think floating furniture, items embedded in the ground – the possibilities are endless!
