Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.7: "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn" Arrives December 4th

Honkai: Star Rail's Version 2.7 update, titled "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn," launches on mobile devices December 4th. This update serves as the final chapter before the Astral Express journeys to the enigmatic Amphoreus, the Eternal Land.

Penacony's Farewell and New Characters

Version 2.7 concludes the Penacony storyline. Following Black Swan's suggestion, the crew prepares for their departure, reconnecting with old friends and sharing poignant moments. A spectacular Grand Theater performance, featuring debuting characters Sunday and Fugue, provides a memorable send-off.

Sunday, the former head of the Oak Family, aided by the mischievous Pepeshi, Wonweek, delivers a dazzling final act. As a 5-star Imaginary character, his Ultimate ability focuses on energy regeneration, bestowing the "Beatified" buff on a teammate and their summon.

Fugue, previously known as Tingyun, makes her return after the perilous events of Version 1.2. Recovering from a near-fatal encounter, she now possesses enhanced abilities. A 5-star Fire character, Fugue excels at weakening enemies, with her Ultimate unleashing a fiery attack that obliterates enemy Toughness and deals significant Fire DMG.

New Features and Events

Version 2.7 introduces exciting warp events featuring the return of General Jing Yuan (first half) and Firefly (second half).

A new addition to the Astral Express is the Party Car—a luxurious marble bar with a robotic bartender, offering a unique relaxation space.

The "Cosmic Home Décor Guide" event allows players to customize an empty storage room, using Express Funds earned through tasks to furnish a cozy bedroom and bathroom.
